We are excited to make available two additional flowcharts to our Essentials and Deluxe members.  This brings the total number of flowcharts up to 27!

Am I Eligible For A Qualified Business Income Deduction?  The provisional rules are very new and unfamiliar to most advisors.  This flowchart covers many of the most common (and some uncommon) issues, including rules pertaining to clients who own more than one business.  

Will I Receive a Step-Up In Basis For This Inherited Property? This flowchart covers some of those situations that can impact the cost basis for inherited property.
